The plat is located or, approximately 40 acres and <br />consists of four residential lots rar, gir, g in size from 5.5 acres to <br />21.9 acres. The property is 1,-,cared ir, the R-l, Residential District. <br />Mr. Voltir~ is prnposing access to these lots by extending the existing <br />cul-de-sacs on Wolfram Street NW and Uranium Street NW in Menkveld's <br />Country Park. The Planning and Zoning Comn~issior, conducted a public <br />hearing on this request on February 4, 1986 and recommended that the <br />City Council grant preli~inary approval of the plat with a variance <br />for cul-de-sac length, contingent upon Mr. Voltin complying with the <br />terms of the City Engineer's report.
