Ms. Ke;,~pf's property is approximately 1.5 acres <br />in size and is located ir, the UER, Urban Existing Residential <br />District. However', the property located to the north of Ms. Kempf's <br />property is zor,ed UMB, Urban Multiple Busir, ess. Ms. Kempf stated that <br />the classes she would offer would ~eet two to three times per week <br />with a maximum of three people per- class. Ms. Ken, pr also stated that <br />her house is located ora the frontage road and between her driveway and <br />the frontage road there will be sufficier, t off-street parking for her <br />classes.
