Enclosure (D2-h) contains a proposed resolution and attachment which outlines the proposed amendments. Staff has reviewed the amendment requests and has concerns ors one amendment. Staff will be discussing this concern with the developers prior to the meeting. Council Action: If Staff has resolved its concerns with the proposed amendments, your action will be to review and consider the proposed resolution.
