The warranty for the equipment will expire on March 9, 1986. Ameri-Data will provide on-going maintenance for the equipment and has forwarded to the City a copy of a maintenance agreement to run until October 1, 1986. This is the normal expiration date for all other computer maintenance agree- ments with the City. The City Council ir, the past has authorized entering into these maintenance agree~ents. Please refer to enclosure (D2-q) for a copy of the maintenance agreement. Council Action: Your action will be to approve entering into the agreement with A~neri- Data for maintenar,oe service on the PCAT.
