Hartley, er~ployee, states "the employer <br />shall execute the necessary agreement allowing employee to enroll ir, a <br />deferred compensation plaK, of the employee's choosing". Voting yes: <br />Abstaining: Absent: <br /> <br />Voting no: <br /> <br />Item <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution to Establish a Deferred Ccm~pensa- <br /> <br />tion Plan with the ICMA Retirement Corporation: <br /> <br />Enclosure (DS-p) contains the proposed resolution adopting the Inter- <br />national City Manager Association (ICMA) deferred compensation plan. <br />Appendix A of the resolution establishes the deferred compensation <br />plan. Appendix B joins the City of Ramsay with other public employees <br />in creating the ICMA Retirement Trust which is a representative body <br />that appoints the Retirement Corporation as its administrator. <br />Apper, dix C of the resolution is a trust agreement between the City of <br />Ra~sey and the Retirement Corporation which establishes the Retirement <br /> <br /> <br />
