Those activities require a little more than 20 hours per <br />week depending upon the number and complexity of the meetings. <br /> <br />The need for Sylvia's services as editor of the City newsletter will <br />require an additional eight to ten hours per week. <br /> <br />Several projects which have been postponed or simply r~ever completed <br />require extensive secretarial and editing skills and time. Those <br />projects which come to mind are: <br /> <br />Codification of City Ordinances; <br />Development of Subdivision Ordinances; <br />Development of Rules for Utility Operations; <br />Development of written policies; and <br />Aid to the professional Staff currently performing their own <br /> secretarial duties <br /> <br /> <br />
