Enclosure <br />(D2-t) contains correspondence from Group W Cable, Inc. relating ~o <br />their request for such a transfer of franchise. <br /> <br />Acting ir, concert with the cities that it represents, the Quad Cities <br />Cable Co~nunications Comn~ission is in the process of developing suffi- <br />cient information to be used in the evaluation of the new owner of <br />Group W Cable. Also referenced in enclosure CD2-t) is a letter from <br />O'Connor and Hannah providing a "draft" resolution for consideration, <br />but not fo~~ adoption, by the City Council.
