[tO~fhfork gno~wo]o~infl arid Railroad C.a~ Aor~nt.. <br /> <br />Council ~oted letter dated January 3, 1986 which is an agreement be~een the <br />City and Northfork relating to the snowplowin9 of their ~mergency acoess and <br />the ~onstruction of a gate on the south side of the railroad tracks on the <br />~ergency ac~ss road. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Staff determined that this agreement was authorized by <br />the d~elo~me~nt agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman stated that Staff is rec(mm~nding a joint Council/C(mmissions <br />~etin9 to discuss concerns and promote better co~unication. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seoor~ed by Mayor Bei~mmn to schedule a <br />joint meeting beb~een City Council and O0mmissions at 7:00 p.m. on ~hursday, <br />March 6, 1986 at Ramsey City Ball. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Beih~an directed Mr. Goodric~ to prepare an agenda <br />for the joint Council/Commission meeting for Co~ncil review. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
