Counc]lmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO T~E CONTRACT WIT~ NORTBFORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution ~85-110 the City Council <br />approved the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and <br />Restrictions for Northfork, which document was recorded with the <br />Anoka County Registrar of Titles, as Doc t145186; and <br /> <br /> W~{EREAS, the Amendments proposed are consistent with <br />the City's policy and regulations relating to the Northfork <br />P.U.D.; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS, a copy of the proposed amendments are attached <br /> <br />hereto. <br /> <br />NC~ T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF <br />~%MSEY, ANOKA (/]~NTY, S~TE OF MINNESOta, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed amendments as attached hereto are <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Mayor and City Administrator of the City <br />of Ramsey are hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the City <br />that certain document entitled "Restated Declaration of Covenants, <br />Conditions and Restrictions for Northfork' which document <br />incorporates the amendments as described in this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember ........... and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />the following m~mbers voted against the resolution: <br /> <br />the following m~bers abstained: <br /> <br />the following members were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
