j. "Occupant" shall mean and refer to each temporary <br />or permanent resident of a dwelling constructed on a Lot, <br />whether said resident is an Owner, tenant or other person. <br /> <br /> k. "Owner" shall mean and refer to the record owner, <br />whether one or more persons or entities, of the fee simple <br /> <br />title to any Lot except that if (i) a Lot is being sold on a <br /> m <br />contract for deed,A.(i.i) the contract vendee is in possession <br />of the Lot and (Iii) the contract so provides, then the <br />vendee and not the vendor shall be deemed the "Owner." <br /> <br /> 1. "Property" shal1 mean and refer collectively to <br />all of the real property now or hereafter submitted to the <br />Covenants and Restrictions of this Declaration_. A ~he <br />Property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 through 15, Block 1; <br /> Lots 1 through 5, Block 2; <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 3; <br /> Lots 1 through 12, Block 4; <br /> Lots 1 through 8, Block 5; and <br /> Outlots A and B; <br /> all in NORTHFORK, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Additional Lots and Common Property may be added to the <br />Property pursuant to Section 2.4 of this Declaration. <br /> <br /> m. "Rules and Regulations" shall mean and refer to <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Association as approved <br />from time to time by the Association pursuant to Section <br /> <br />5.3, <br /> <br />n. "House" shall mean and <br />located on a Lot and designated and <br /> <br />refer to any building <br />intended for use and <br /> <br />- $ - <br /> <br /> <br />
