Ramsey City Council <br />February 19, 1986 <br />Page lwo <br /> <br />alternatives to be included in the ElS preliminary draft; would facilitate the <br />satisfaction of North Fork's underground gas Installation obligation; and would <br />be consistent with the City's planning concerns for the area. <br /> <br /> If the City Council would order such a project, North Fork would be pre- <br />pared to: <br /> <br />Grant to the City by dedication or easement, as requlred by the <br />City Attorney, the rest of the roadway to connect lSgrd Avenue <br />to Highway lO as indicated on attached Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />Grant to the City by dedication or easement, as required by the <br />City Attorney, the rest of the roadway to connect 153rd Avenue <br />to Jarvis Street as indicated on attached Exhibits B and C; and <br /> <br />3. Pay all engineering costs for road plans and specifications for <br /> the project if, for whatever reason, the project does not proceed. <br /> <br /> The installation of 153rd Avenue as indicated herein is a very high <br />priority for North Fork and we ~ook forward to discussing this matter with you at <br />your meeting on February 25th.
