PERSONNEL COMM I ~I~EE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA GOUNTY <br />SI~TE OF MINNESOT~ <br /> <br />A Personnel Committee meeting was held on Friday, February 21, 1986 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Dave Hartley <br /> <br />~he meeting was called to order at 7:40 a.m. <br /> <br />[gone. <br /> <br />~as~ _~]: 5bn~Un~on Em?]o_vee Waae Cons]d~ratiQDs: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley recalled that the Personnel Con~ittee, at their February 6, 1986 <br />meeting, recommended a 3.0% cost of living increase and a $10.00 increase to <br />health insurance benefits for Police Chief Auspos. Mr. Hartley inquired as to <br />an effective date the Personnel Committee is placing on this increase. <br /> <br />~he Personnel Committee recommended that the effective date for Chief Auspos' <br />recommended increases be retroactive to January 1, 1986. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley inquired as to an effective date to the February 6, 1986 <br />recommended wage increases for certain part-time ~mployees (skating rink <br />manager and Ms. Frolik's hourly w~rk). <br /> <br />~he Personnel Committee reoommended that the effective date for wage increases <br />to skating rink manager and Ms. Frolik's hourly work be retroactive to <br />January 1, 1986. <br /> <br />CAse ~2: Resolution In _Re~nition _Of officer D....~ho~as .Anderson. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that a resolution, prepared by Chief Auspos and recognizing <br />Officer Anderson's faithful service, has been placed on the February 25, 1986 <br />Council agenda for adoption. <br /> <br />P~se ~3: ExD~ratfon Of Noel Graczvk's Probationary Pmr]od: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Mr. Graczyk's probationary period elapsed on February <br /> February 21, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
