I I I I I I I i PRO~EDINGS OF CITY OGUNCIL CITY OF RA~SE¥ ANC~A CO3 NTY STATE OF MINNESO~ ~he Ramsey City Council oonducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Bamsey, Me~bers Present: Mayor Gary Ret tman fk)uncilmember A1 Sorteberg Councilmember Arnie Cox Councilmenber Gary Reimann Councilmember Jean Schlueter Also Present: Acting City Administrator/City Attorr~-y William Goodrich Finance Offioer Noel Graczyk City Planner Anne Norris Reporter Kathy Cassidy Mayor l~eitman called the Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.; called for a m~ment of silence in observance of the sp~ce shuttle tragedy; and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ~here was no citizen input. APP~VAL OP ~G~lq[~ Councilmember Cox referred to Case ~'s 6 and 14 and inquired if there is a r~tion from the Personnel Committee for a salary increase for Carol Sather and to hire Sylvia Frolik on a full-time basis. Mr. Goodrich replied that the Personnel Committee has not met to make recommendations on these t~o items. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilm~r Reimann to approve the agenda with the following adjustments: 1. Delete Case ~6 (Request for wage increase; case of Ms. Carol Sather) until a recommendation is received frc~ the Personnel Committee. e Delete that psrt of Case ~14 (Tri-City Newsletter) regarding hiring Ms. Sylvia Frolik on a full-time basis until a r~tion is received from the Personnel f~ittee. e Add Case ~18 - Discussion regarding flying Flag at half-mast in observanoe of the sp~ce shuttle tragedy.
