The developer is currently <br />working on a E.I.S. for the development of the entire <br />project. <br /> <br />· Rum River Hills: Ail work on the project has been suspended <br /> until next spring. <br /> <br />Sorteberg's Fourth Addition: <br />suspended until next spring. <br /> <br />All street work has been <br /> <br />Alpaca Estates Third Addition: <br /> <br />suspended until next spring. <br /> <br />Ail street work has been <br /> <br />Whispering Pine Estates Plat 5: Final approval on this plat <br />was granted on January 14, 1986 contingent on meeting the <br />requirements in the Engineer's letter. <br /> <br />Ford Brook Estates: No change in status from last month. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Drainage Problems: The ditch cleaning in Barthel's <br />Rum River Acres has been suspended until next spring. <br /> <br />Rum River Bridqe: On January 31, 1986, I met with Councilman Cox <br />and County Engineer Paul Ruud, Assist. County Engineer Jon Olson <br />and County Commissioner Natalie Haas to discuss funding on the <br />Rum River bridge. Commissioner Haas indicated that bonding by <br />the County may be a financing alternative. She also indicated <br />that the Anoka County Chamber was going to promote the construc- <br />tion of the bridge and try to set up meetings between the Cities <br />of Andover, Anoka, Rams·y, Anoka County and Anoka-Hennepin School <br />District 11. <br /> <br /> <br />
