The existing trees south of the quarter section line
would have to be removed.

It is proposed to continue the street at a width of 32 feet with
restricted parking on both sides. The proposed street section is
shown on Exhibit B.

Storm water drainage to the street would be provided by con-
structing catch basins and storm sewer outlets at the low points
as shown on Exhibit A. It is proposed to outlet the storm sewers
into Lake Itasca.

ESTIMATED COSTS

The estimated project costs presented herein reflect the con-
struction costs and overhead costs. Construction costs are
estimated contract amounts for the actual construction. Right-
of-way costs for the project area outside the Northfork P.U.D.
were also included. However, right-of-way costs within the
Northfork P.U.D. were not included, since the developers have
stated they would dedicate the required rights-of-way. Overhead
costs include, but are not limited to, engineering, construction
staking and inspection, administrative service, legal, interest
during construction and contingency. The overhead costs for the
MSA share of the project does not include administrative, legal
and interest during construction since the MSA funds are used to
finance the project. Overhead costs for the project shown at the
conclusion of each schedule summary are estimated based on per-

centages of construction cost. Those percentages are estimated
3
