I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

I
I

a $

Sanitary Sewer

The proposed sanitary sewer laterals would be connected to
either the existing 12-inch subtrunk sewer at Dysprosium
Street and 142nd Circle or to the 12-inch subtrunk on 143rd
Avenue as shown on Exhibit B. The lateral sewers are pro-
posed to be 8-inch gravity sewers and would only provide
service to the proposed plat.

As part of the project, four inch (4") services would be
provided to the property line of the proposed benefited
property. However, in the case of the quad lots along
Dysprosium Street, a six inch (6") gravity line would be
provided and extended to the property line adjacent to the
streets. It would be the developer's responsibility to
extend the six inch (6") line and provide four inch (4")
services to the individual quad lots. The costs of all
service lines and laterals would be assessed on a unit
basis.

Ss

Watermain

Watermain service to the Phase II development will be
available from an existing 10-inch trunk watermain as shown
on Exhibit C. This existing watermain is supplied by the
existing well and pumphouse on the east side of State Trunk
Highway No. 47 and continues through the plat to the
Flintwood Hills Addition on the west and to Co. Rd. No. 116
on the south.
