I
I
I
I
I
I
:1
I
I
I

I
I
i
I
I
I

The proposed lateral watermains would be either six or eight
inches diameter as shown on Exhibit C. One inch (l") water
services would be provided to the property line adjacent to
streets. In the case of the quad lots, two-inch (2")
services or six inches (6") services will be provided at the
property line and it will be the developer's responsibility
to provide service lines to the individual lots. The costs
of the laterals and service lines will be assessed on a unit
basis.

Storm Sewer

In 1985, the City of Ramsey installed a trunk storm sewer
from the existing pond in the Flintwood Mills Second
Addition to the Rum River as shown on Exhibit D. The storm
sewer was extended from the existing pond to County Ditch
No. 43 in the Flintwood Hills Addition.

It is proposed to drain the Flintwood Hills Second Addition
- Phase II development into the existing ponding area. It
is also proposed to provide an additional ponding area north
of 142nd Avenue and west of S.T.H. No. 47.

The lateral storm sewers proposed to service the plat vary
in size from fifteen inches to twenty-four inches (15"-24").
The proposed layout of the storm sewer system is shown on
Exhibit D. The size of the laterals is based on providing
capacity for a ten (10) year frequency storm.

4
