Dysprosium Street, which is a designated <br />Municipal State Aid Street (MSAS), is proposed to be con- <br />structed to MSAS standards as a nine-ton collector street. <br />This street is proposed to be 48 feet in width with B-618 <br />concrete curbs as shown on Exhibit E. <br /> <br />The street connecting to S.T.H. No. 47, which is 142nd <br />Avenue N.W., is proposed to be constructed as a typical <br />commercial street in the City of Ramsey. A typical commer- <br />cial street is 46 feet in width including the surmountable <br />concrete curb and gutter as shown on Exhibit F. <br /> <br />The remaining streets within the plat are proposed to be <br />constructed as typical urban residential streets in the City <br />of Ramsey. As shown on Exhibit G, a typical urban residen- <br />tial street is 31 feet wide including the surmountable <br />concrete curb and gutter. <br /> <br />In 1985, turning and by-pass lanes were constructed along <br />S.T.H. No. 47 at 142nd Avenue N.W. The cost of the turning <br />and by-pass lanes was assessed to the entire development on <br />a unit basis. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
