OONNIE SKA~k~KKA <br /> By: Anne Norris, (lmznunity Develotz~ent Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Connie Skarbakka is requesting a conditional use permit to operate <br />an accounting business fr~m her b(~ne at 17811 Gibbon Street NW. Ms. <br />Skarbakka's property is approximately 5.5 acres in size and is located <br />in the R-l, Residential, District. Ms. Skarbakka has stated that the <br />majority of her accounting business will be conducted over the <br />teleghone or at her client's place of business. The Planning and <br />Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Ms. Skarbakka's <br />request on February 4, 1986. <br /> <br />As you recall, Ms. Skarbakka's request was on the Council's agenda for <br />February 25, 1986; however, Ms. Skarbakka was not at the meetin9 to <br />answer questions, so the Council tabled the request until the March <br />25, 1986 meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosure (2) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular <br /> meeting minutes dated February 4, 1986 <br />d) Proposed findings of fact <br />e) Proposed conditional use permit agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />~he Planning a~d Zoning Commission adopted findings of fact on Ms. <br />Skarbakka's request and recommended approval, contingent upon Ms. <br />Skarbakka entering into an agreement with the City.
