I I I I I I I CouncJlm~mber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESCU3TION t86- RESC~UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS (Utilities ar~ Storm Sewer for Industrial Area) W~EREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council on February 25, 1986, a report was prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. on the feasibility of extending public utilities and storm sewer into Ramsey's industrial area; and W~EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 25, 1986. NG~ ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BP ~E CIT~ CO{]NCIL OF ~E CItY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GG~NTY, S~TE OF MINNESO~%, as follows: 1. ~hat the Ramsey City Council will consider the extension of public utilities and storm sewer to the City's industrial area in acoordance with the report. 2. That a public hearing shall be held on the proposed extension of public utilities and storm sewer to the City's industrial area on the 22nd day of April, 1986 in the Council ~ambers of the Rams~ Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seoonded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of , 1986.
