I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RES~[~JTION ~86- RESfI~3TION (~%LLLNG HEARING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF DRAINAGE DISTRICT (South Central Drainage District) WT~_~FAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted on February 25, 1986, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. on the feasibility of establishing a storm sewer improvement taxing district, the South Central Drainage District, and constructing storm sewer improvements in that district; and WBEREAS, the Ramsey City Council received the report on March 25, 1986. N~ ~]~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY CO[]NCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (/N]NTY, S~%~. OF MINNESOD%, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council will consider the establishment of a storm sewer improvement taxing district, the South Central Drainage District, and construction of storm sewer improvements in that district in accordance with the report. 2. That a public hearing shall be held on the proposed establishment of such district on the 15th day of April, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seoonded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of , 1986.
