As you recall, this <br />property will be developed with mixed commercial and personal and professional <br />service uses. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Cmmission conducted a public hearing on this request <br />on March 19, 1986 and the City Council granted preliminary approval to this <br />request on March 25, 1986. <br /> <br />Included in the reference material are the following for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed plat <br />c) Proposed ordinance rezoning the property <br />d) Proposed development agreement <br />e) Proposed resolution granting final development plan approval <br /> <br />The City Engineer's report on this plan will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #86- approving the final development plan of River's <br />Bend Plaza contingent upon the developer entering into and complying with <br />a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Ordinance #86-4 rezoning that property to P.U.D., Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer X <br />Community Development Dir.
