D~vall.
Anderson and Associates. Incorporated (TKDA) For Potential
Consulting Engineering Services For Airport Develoznnent:

Mr. Dewey Kasma, Lyle Kratzke and Ray Strege of TKDA were present.

The following are highlighted comments made by the TKDA representatives during
the interview:

1. TKDA is willing to participate in a scoping meeting, prior to any
contracts being let, at the firm's expense.

2. Although TKDA is very involved with the Metropolitan Airport
Commission, the project manager in Ramsey's case would be Ray
Strege, he is not involved with MAC; Ramsey would not be treated
as a second class client. TKDA has 65 engineers on staff and the
ability to move people around.

3. Mr. Strege has worked on several projects similar to that of Cateway's
situation; for instance, Fergus Falls, Brainerd and Clenwood.
Mr. Strege has also handled about 6 zoning projects and currently
working on 2 more.

4. The Gateway project is desireable because it is a challenge to work
on a project from start to finish, dealing with a variety of issues
and groups.

April 30, 1986
