Through some research, I found that the Hinnesota Human <br />Rights Act prohibits employers from not hiring spouses because of nepotism <br />policies, ltovever) the employer can impose restrictions on the chain of <br />command relating to spouses. <br /> <br />Dgtl:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
