DEF II'4I T IONS DEAL - each separate package, or series of packages., consisting of one game of pulltabs u.,ith the same serial number, purchased from a distributor-. FLARE - the posted display, with the Minnesota registration stamp affixed, that sets forth the rules of a par. titular, game of pulltabs., and that is. associated with a specific deal of pulltabs. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES The Gambl ir, g Manager is. responsible for all accounting and administrative record keeping and reporting for the la~,ful gambling activities engaged in b>' the Ramse>' Lions Club. These records are for the proper- recording of gambling revenue and to maintair, accountability of assets. Access to these gambling assets is to be permitted only in accordance with the authorization of the Gambling Ma.n age r. The Gambling Manager will authorize purchase of gambling assets and will also be responsible for schedul lng of Ramsay Lions Club members and/or employees of the Ramsey Lions Club to serve as pulitab game operators. He is also responsible to ensure that all pull tab game operators are a~Jare of and adhere to the groundrules for the pulltab game operator- as. set forth by the Rams. ay Lions Club. CREDIT PLAY PROHIBITED Alt playing of pulltabs must be on a cash basis. Cash includes checks. Credit must not be extended to any player. The consideration to play pulltabs must be collected in full, by cash or. check, in advance of any play. We will not hold checks or accept post-dated checks. AC:COUNTII'4G RECORDS AND REPORTS We shall maintain CC~T, plete, accurate~ and legible general accounting records to adequately reflect gross receipts, prizes, net receipts, expenses, and all other accounting transactions.. The records must be retained for- a period of three years from the end of the month for which the records are Kept. We shall also Keep and maintain monthly records of all the gambling actiuities. These records must be Kept separate for each month and include all details of the following: o the gross receipts from pulltabs which will include interest income from the gambling bank account. o the cost c,f all prizes paid out for pulltabs. o full details on all expenses related to pulltabs.
