PLILLTAD, ACTIVITY RECORDS Accurate arid cornplete records of all pulltab activity must be kept and maintained for. a period of three years fr. om the end of the month for. which the records ar.e kept. All records, reports., and receipts, relating to a deal of pulltabs in play must be retained at the gambling premises so long as the deal is. in play and must be made available on demand to the board. For. each deal of pul 1 tabs the flare, with the state registrar i or, stamp affixed, together with all player redeemed opened winning pulltabs and all unopened arid unsold pulltabs must be retained. Unsold or defective pull tabs shall not be opened. A detailed mor, thly record for each deal of pulltabs removed from play during each month must be prepared monthly. This detailed monthly record must be recorded ir, a standard format prescribed b>' the board and must disclose for- each deal of pulltabs the following information. o the date the record is prepared. o the name of the recorder. o the name of each deal of pull tabs and the number of pull tabs in the deal . o the registration stamp number issued by the board and affixed to the flare. o the game serial number- of each deal of pull tabs. o the date placed out for- play. o the date removed from play. o the cost to the player for each pul 1 tab. o the ideal gross receipts. o the ideal prizes t~hich includes last sale. o the dollar- amount of unsold and defective pulltabs. o the actual gross receipts (calculated by the ideal gross receipts, less the dollar amount of unsold and defective pull tabs) . o the actual prizes paid. o the actual adjusted net receipts (calculated by the actual gross receipts less the actual prizes). othe actual cash profit or loss resulting from each deal of pul ltabs removed from play. o the cash long or short stated numar i call>' and as a percentage (calculated by the difference between the actual adjusted net receipts and the actual cash profit r-esul ting from each deal of pul 1 tabs removed from pl ay.
