CITY OF ~2qS~Y COIDITIOIIL USE PERIqlT Al;REgnaNT This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Rams·y, hereinafter referred to as " and Mr James Roberts, hereinafter referred to as "City , . *'Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use permit to operate a repair and telephone and catalog sales service of firearms from his home at 7441 164th Lane N.W. This conditional use per. it is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and compling with the following conditions: 1. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indications of the proposed use shall not be permitted except as permitted in Sections 170.01 and 170.05 of the City Code. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the property at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property owners. The Applicant shall not stock any firearms for retail sales on his premises. The only firearms that he shall be permitted to store shall be those that have been ordered but have not been received by the purchaser or those firearms that are being repaired by the Applicant. The Applicant shall not release any firearms to any customers until the customer has completed and submitted the appropriate application for a firearms permit and the Police Department has reviewed the application. 6. The proposed use shall take place solely within the principal structure. 7. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: The north 233 feet of the east 200 feet of the west 899 feet of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25 (subject to a road easement over the south 33 feet thereof) together with an easement for road purposes in common with other uses thereof, Anoka county, Minnesota.
