This conditional use perait shall be recorded as part of <br />the Applicant*s deed. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall comply with all applicable local, <br />state and federal regulations regarding sales of <br />firearms and the storage of ammunition, <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />-2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
