Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTIO~ ~86 WHEREAS, Mr. Dale ¥oltin, hereinafter referred to ss "Developer," has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the Cityh of Kamsey: The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the north 15 feet of the east 187 feet thereof, as measured along the east and north lines respectively. which plat is to be known as Voltin's Oak Hill Estates, hereinafter known as "plat;" WHEREAS, the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat on February 4, 1986, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular meeting on February 4, 1986 recommended that the City Council grant preliminary approval of the Plat with variances for the lengths of the cul-de-sacs; WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's February 4, 1986 public hearing and recommendation minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set forth herein; WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on February 25, 1986, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat with a variance for cul-de-sac length and contingent upon the Developer providing a 66 foot wide utility easement along the north side of Lot 4; and WHERF~, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the Plat on April 17, 1986 with respect to park dedication requirements and determined that the City should accept the standard park dedication fee as the lots in this Plat are developed. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tile CITY OF RAMSE¥, ~0KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final approval of ¥oltin's Oak Mill Estates is granted contingent upon Mr. Voltin providing proof of marketable title and entering into a development agreement with the City. 2) That the Plat is granted a variance for the length of the cul-de-sac on Uranium Street N.W. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
