Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~ ~86 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Dale ¥oltin, hereinafter referred to ss "Developer," has <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located <br />in the Cityh of Kamsey: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the north 15 feet of the east <br />187 feet thereof, as measured along the east and north lines respectively. <br /> <br />which plat is to be known as Voltin's Oak Hill Estates, hereinafter known as <br />"plat;" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter <br />170.03 of the City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat on February <br />4, 1986, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal newspaper and <br />written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular meeting <br />on February 4, 1986 recommended that the City Council grant preliminary <br />approval of the Plat with variances for the lengths of the cul-de-sacs; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's February 4, <br />1986 public hearing and recommendation minutes, which minutes are incorporated <br />as if fully set forth herein; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on February 25, 1986, the City Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat with a variance for cul-de-sac <br />length and contingent upon the Developer providing a 66 foot wide utility <br />easement along the north side of Lot 4; and <br /> <br /> WHERF~, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the Plat on <br />April 17, 1986 with respect to park dedication requirements and determined that <br />the City should accept the standard park dedication fee as the lots in this <br />Plat are developed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tile CITY OF RAMSE¥, ~0KA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That final approval of ¥oltin's Oak Mill Estates is granted contingent <br />upon Mr. Voltin providing proof of marketable title and entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Plat is granted a variance for the length of the cul-de-sac on <br />Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
