Counc i I memb e r <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follo,~ing resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WttEEEAS, River*s Bend Properties has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Development (P.U.D.) permit for a P.U.D. to be knows as River's Bend Plata, <br />which P.U.D. is proposed to be located on the following property located in the <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Ninnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, lCsnge 25; and <br />of Government Lot 3, Section 25, said Township and Range, both in Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as Commencing at s point on the centerline of <br />St. Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet northwesterly from the <br />intersection of said centerline with the South line of said Government Lot <br />6, as measured along said centerline; thence northwesterly along said <br />centerline for 250.00 feet to the actual Point of Beginning of the land to <br />be hereby described; thence northeasterly, at a right angle to said <br />centerline, for 350.00 feet; thence northwesterly along a line to be <br />hereafter known as Line "A" for the purposes of this description, parallel <br />with said centerline, foto apoin t beherafterkwn as Point "B" for the <br />purposes of this description; thence southwesterly along the southwesterly <br />extension of a line to be hereafter known as Lime ~C" for the purposes of <br />this description, said Line "C" to be hereafter described, for 350.11 <br />feet, more or less, to intersect said centerline of St. Francis Boulevard <br />N.W.; thence southeasterly along said centerline to the Point of <br />Beg inning. <br /> <br />Said Line "C" being described as Beginning at the afore described Point <br />"B"; thence northeasterly to terminate at the point of intersection of the <br />two following described lines: <br /> <br />Line I is described as a line parallel with and distant 900.00 feet <br />easterly from the West line of said Government Lot 3 as measured at right <br />angles to said West line of Government Lot 3; <br /> <br />Line 2 is described as a line parallel with and distant 600.00 feet <br />southerly of the North line of said Government Lot 3 as measured at right <br />angles to said North line of Government Lot 3. <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom the Northwesterly 66.00 feet thereof, as measured at <br />right angles to the afore described Line "C' and the southwesterly <br />extension thereof. <br /> <br />Also excepting therefrom the southwsterly 75.00 feet, as measured at right <br />angles, thereof taken for right-of-way for said St. Francis Boulevard <br />N.W., also known as State Trunk Highway No. 47. <br /> <br />Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code Chapter 170.014G <br />Planned Unit Development; and <br /> <br /> <br />
