EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />LANDFILL ABATEMENT <br />WORK PLAN <br /> <br />The City of IRomsey may perform any or all of the following landfill abaternenl <br />activities for which reimbursement may be sought from Anoka County from its <br />landfill surcharge revenue: <br /> <br />Development and operation of a drop-off recycling site for glass <br />containers and possibly other materials. <br /> <br />Promotional, educational ond/or marketing octivilies directly <br />related to landfill abatement. <br /> <br />- Development and operation of a yard waste ccrnposting program. <br /> <br />- Development and operation of a curbside recycling program. <br /> <br />It is the intention of the City of Iqamsey that these activities would be <br />incorporated into a waste management program, described in the attachment to <br />this Exhibit, which may include a household hazardous waste management <br />program and possibly other activities for which reimbursement will not be <br />sought from Anoko County from its landfill surcharge revenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
