Mr. DeLuca <br />stated that the glass would only be received during monitored times <br />and the (~ittee still has to look into liability, insuranoe, etc. <br /> <br />~tion c~rried. Waste Oil Recycling- <br /> <br /> Mr. DeLuca stated that the LandfLll (lm~i~ has been oonsidering <br /> ~he idea ~f having a waste oil oollection tank being located on <br /> City Public Works ~operty and the p~ooeeds-- of that operation being <br />.placed in the City's general f~d. ~he cr2y requir~ents at this <br /> ti~e for o~llecting waste oil is that the ~orage tank meet City <br /> C~de. <br /> <br />fbuncil~m~er Reimann stated that the lm~hlic works p~operty is <br />cranped for spaoe; there would also be a monitoring probl~, in that <br />people te~d to d~np other materials, such as gas, antifreeze and <br />cleaning solvents into that oil oollection tank. <br /> <br />{buncil consensus is that the Landfill Cc~rittee's suggestion is <br />reasonable but for the time ~eing it would be best to advertise <br />and educate the public as to those waste o~ ~llection points <br />already in the area. <br /> <br />July 29, 1985 Ager~a - <br /> <br />Case ~5: Engineering: <br /> <br />A.
