Counc i 1 memb e r moved for it~ adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BERG ELECTRIC (lighting in Central Park) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~85-138 ordering plans and specifications for the lighting in Central Park; and WHEREASS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a motion accepted and swarded the bid to Berg Electric for the installation of lighting in Central Park; and WBEREAS, Mr. Peter Raatikka of t~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended full and final payment in the amount of $74,905.00. NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, kNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes full and final payment to Berg Electric for the installation of lighting in Central Park in the amount of $74,905.00° 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this full and final payment. 3) That the total amount of this full and final payment is not included in Resolution ~86-__ adopted by the Ramsey City Council on May 27, 1986, approving payment of the bills for the month of May. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of May, 1986.
