C~ERYL ¥ILLENEUVE <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Cheryl Villeneuve is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a typing <br />and word processing business from her home at 6230 - 177th Lane NW. Ms. <br />Villeneuve has indicated that she would be picking up or having most of her <br />business delivered rather than having customers at her home. Ms. Villeneuve <br />also stated that any customers at her home would be arranged by appointment <br />only. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Ms. <br />Villeneuve's request on May 6, 1986. <br /> <br />Included in the reference material are the following for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br />e) Brochure for applicant's business <br /> f) Letter dated May 5, 1986 from Ms. Lillian Nugent <br /> g) Proposed findings of fact <br /> h) Proposed conditional use permit agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As the proposed use will not create an increase in traffic to the neighborhood <br />and would not have a detrimental effect on neighboring properties, the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission recommended approval of Ms. Villeneuve's request. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Findings of Fact O0_u relating to a request by Ms. Cheryl <br />Villeneuve for a conditional use permit to operate a typing and word <br />processing business from her home. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve the request by Ms. Cheryl Villeneuve for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a typing and word processing business from her home at 6230 - <br />177th Lane NW contingent upon the applicant entering into a conditional <br />use permit agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Dir. <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Planning and Zoning Comm. <br /> <br /> <br />
