She asked if the 36 foot homes would be <br /> out of place compared to the surrounding 50-foot-deep homes. <br /> Mr. Bona explained that not every home within the neighborhood would be 50 feet deep. He did not <br /> believe there would be a noticeable difference in the homes from the street. He reported 36-foot-deep <br /> homes were being built in Brookfield 6t"at this time. He stated again, for the record,that he would be <br /> willing to have covenants approved with the Council to ensure the homes on Lots 3 and 4 were no more <br /> than 36 feet deep. <br /> Commissioner Bauer believed these options were reasonable; however, the City would have no way of <br /> enforcing this requirement.
