Community Development Director Gladhill did not support this approach. He did not support covenants <br /> driving City policy and recommended the Planning Commission not proceed in this manner. He <br /> discussed the City's Ordinance in further detail noting staff understood that lots may be lost but in the <br /> end wetlands would be protected. <br /> Mr. Bona stated the two lots in question were very valuable, critical even, which led him to continue <br /> fighting for these lots. He recommended the City's Ordinance be tweaked and that he be allowed to <br /> have the lots requested. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to close the public hearing. <br /> Motion Carried.
