Refer to this sectiou of the ordinance for requirements regarding number of <br />parkiuE spaces required for various land uses, <br /> <br />170.0017 H OFF-STREET LOtDINC <br /> <br />Each business and industrial use with a floor area of more than 10,000 square <br />feet shall provide one off-street loading berth of not less than 50 feet; one <br />additional berth is required for each additional 25,000 square feet of floor <br />area. <br /> <br />170.0171 ~ERMITTED EItCROACtt~EI~TS <br /> <br />Refer to this section of the ordinance for a listing of those items considered <br />not to be an encroachment on setback and height requirements. <br /> <br />170.0173 ~EIGHT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />No principal structure shall exceed 35 feet in height above average ground <br />level. <br /> <br />170.017L SITE PLAN REVIEW <br /> <br />Site plans are required for all proposed sultiple family dwellings, mobile home <br />parks, commercial and industrial developments and all development within the <br />flood plain, scenic rivers, and environmental protection and critical rivers <br />overlay districts. Site plan application is initiated by owner and all costs <br />incurred in processing same are the responsibility of the applicant. The site <br />plan must be submitted to the Planning Co~mission at least 21 days prior to the <br />Planning Commission meeting, submitted to Planning Commission for <br />recommendation to City Council, submitted to City Council for final action. <br />Site plan approval requires the applicant to enter into a development contract <br />with the City. Refer to this section of the ordinance for standards for <br />development in all business and industrial districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
