Site plan application is initiated by owner and all costs <br />incurred in processing same are the responsibility of the applicant. The site <br />plan must be submitted to the Planning Co~mission at least 21 days prior to the <br />Planning Commission meeting, submitted to Planning Commission for <br />recommendation to City Council, submitted to City Council for final action. <br />Site plan approval requires the applicant to enter into a development contract <br />with the City. Refer to this section of the ordinance for standards for <br />development in all business and industrial districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
