That the City of Ramsey respectfully requests that the State of <br />Minnesota and the Netropolitan Council allocate, on a priority basis, <br />all necessary resources to identify, design, and construct appropriate <br />facilities to satisfy identified North Metro area river bridge needs. <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey respectfully requests that the initial <br />resource commitments from the State of Minnesota and the Metropolitan <br />Council be directed tovsrds completing detailed studies needed to <br />identify and select the appropriate river crossing corridors and the <br />best short and long term river crossing alternative and preparation of <br />an Environmental Impact Statement and identification of the <br />appropriate implementing jurisdictions for the selected short term <br />river crossing alternative. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />vhereupon said resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the day of , 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
