Wayne Knudson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a cement <br />contracting business from his home at 15401 Armstrong Blvd. NW. Mr. Knudson*s <br />property is approximately 20 acres in size and is zoned R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />Mr. Knudson is requesting that he be able to store his trucks, machinery and <br />equipment in an accessory structure on his property. Mr. Knudson stated that <br />the remainder of his property would be used for agricultural purposes. Mr. <br />Knudson also stated that none of the materials for his cement contracting <br />business would be stored on his property. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Mr. Knudson's <br />request on February 4, 1986.
