NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the annual allocation of 2016 budgeted <br /> Parking Ramp Maintenance Costs as follows: <br /> Transit Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 63,190 <br /> City Hall Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 25,818 <br /> Unallocated Stalls (City Portion): $ 4,514 <br /> Residence at the COR Apartments, LLC Parcel Budget Allocation: $49,649 <br /> With payment due to the City by February 28, 2017. <br /> That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this 22nd of November, 2016. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #16-11-222 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
