CITY OF RANsFr <br />COII)ITIONAL USE <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1956, between <br />the City of Ransey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Nr. Jeff Stednan of <br />Jorthstar Outdoor ~ducation, Iuc., hereinafter referred to as nApplicant," in <br />conjunction with the issuance of a conditional use permit to operate a <br />tube/canoe rental and shuutle service in the An.ks County Rum River Central <br />Park · <br /> <br />This conditional use pernit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the follo~ing conditions: <br /> <br />The Applicant shall secure a license to operate the tube/canoe rental <br />and shuttle service from the Au.ks County Park and Recreation <br />Department on an annual basis. Further, the Applicant shall comply <br />with any conditions specified in that permit. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />The Applicant shall comply vitb all requirements of the Depnrtuent of <br />Natural Resources for the operation of the tube/canoe rental and <br />shuttle aery[ce. <br /> <br />The City of Rams·y, An.ks County Park and Recreation Department, and <br />Department of Natural Resources reserve the right to stop the <br />operation of the tube/canoe rental and shuttle service if the <br />Applicant is violating any conditions of this agreement or permit by <br />other governmental agency. <br /> <br />The temporary/seasonal dock and stairways to be constructed by the <br />Applicant shall be done to the specifications of the City of Ramsey <br />and Department of Natural Resources. These facilities shall not be <br />constructed until the Applicant obtains a protected waters permit fro~ <br />the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant shall ensure that alcohol is not used by tubing or <br /> canoeing participants. <br /> <br />6. The Applicant shall be responsible for removing litter fro~ the site· <br /> <br />The Applicant shall provide liability insurance coverage; the City and <br />County aha11 be provided with proof of such insurance. <br /> <br />8. This pernit shall be reviewed annually by City, County, and/or <br /> Department of Natural Resources staff. <br /> <br />9. Trespassing on adjacent private property is prohibited and the <br /> Applicant shall be responsible for enforcing this policy. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />In order to ensure compliance with the conditions of this agreement <br />the Applicant shall provide to the City a letter of credit for <br />~2,500.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
