11. <br /> <br />The Applicant ahall obtain separate persits from the City for any <br />8fading, filling, and vegetation re, oval for roads and paths to be <br />constructed or improved. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall submit a vegetative screening and restoration plan <br />to the City for the parking area located near tbs canoe launch within <br />the 150 foot setback fro~ the river. This plan must address screening <br />of the parking area froEn the river. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional uae permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed <br />annually by City stair. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other <br />City ordinances may be cause for £~nediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit · <br /> <br /> <br />
