AMENI~MENT <br /> <br />Section 110.0320 entitled "Restrt0ttons on Certain Dogs" para- <br />graph 1 shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />110.O32 RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN DOGS <br /> <br />1. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor <br />a dog which habitually b~rks or cries. It shall be un- <br />lawful for any dog owner to permit his dog to damange any <br />lawn, garden or other property. Ar~ dog aforesaid in thf~ <br />section maybe impounded as provided in Section 110.036 <br />or a complaint may be issued by anyone against the owner <br />of the dog for prosecution under this chapter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
