Peter R, Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the following <br />impr ove~nent: <br /> <br />1) The construction and installation of Municipal Well No. 2 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Ramsey City Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />N0~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KAHSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF HINNE$OTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in <br />the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids <br />upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisement shall be published for twenty-one (11) days, <br />shall specify the york to be done, shall state that bids shall be received by <br />the City Administrator, until 11:00 a.m. on September 22, 1986, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center by the City Administrator and City Engineer, will be tabulated, and will <br />be considered by the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 p.m. on September 23, 1986, in <br />the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed With the City Administrator and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, cashier*s check, bid bond or certified check payable to the <br />City for five percent (5I) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The ~otion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the folloving voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the day of , 1986. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />t/t <br /> <br /> <br />
