5 Minutes CASE ~18: <br /> <br />AFl'ROVE PROJECT COSTS AJ~ SKT DATE FOR ASSESSMKHT <br /> <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Eu~£ueer <br /> Noel Grecsyk) Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 22, 1986, the City Council awarded the contract for Sealcoating <br />Improvement Projects 486-3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 end 12 to Buffalo <br />Bituminous, Inc. The work is scheduled to start the last week in August and be <br />completed by September 17, 1986. <br /> <br />Due to Anoka County's new deadline for certifying prepaid special assessments <br />by October 15th of each year, the assessment hearings must be held by September <br />15, 1986.
