Backg round: <br /> <br />At the August 12, 1986 City Council meeting, Council adopted a resolution <br />ordering a feasibility study and aettinE the public hearing for 7:30 p.m. on <br />August 26, 198~ for 153rd Lane l~ from Ramsey Blvd. l~ to Rhinestone Street NW. <br />I have estimated the cost of the project to be $12,000. <br /> <br />A copy of the feasibility study as veil as the proposed resolution viii be <br />available at the August 26, 1986 Council meeting. Under the requirements of <br />the City Charter and Section 210.01.5, Subdivision .5 of Ordinance ~84-8 and <br />Ninnesota Statutes 429, a public hearing must be held prior to proceeding with <br />the project.
