DAVID <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this , d&y of , <br />1986, between the City of Ramsay, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and )ir, David Tranby, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in conjunction vith the approval of a metes and <br />bounds subdivision, <br /> <br />The metes and bounds subdivision ia hereby granted contingent <br />upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />There shall be no further subdivision of the Applicant*s <br />property until such time as access to the property is <br />provided to the City's standards and specifications, <br /> <br />The Applicant shall provide a 27 foot easement along the <br />northern boundary of the property to the City for future <br />roadway purposes. <br /> <br />3. The Applicant shall record this development agreement <br /> with the deed to the property· <br /> <br />4. This development agreement shall apply to that property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />~linnesota.
