The Meyers have a buyer <br />for the 15.6 acre parcel. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Survey of proposed subdivision <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Cmnmission revieved the Meyer's request on August 5, <br />1986 and recommended approval of the subdivision. The Commission requested <br />that the City obtain an additional 27' road easement on the northern boundary <br />across the 40 acres for future road improvements.
