BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case#l: Continuation of Public Hearing: Introduction of Ordinance on the <br /> Establishment of a Special Service District for AUAR Roadway <br /> Improvements <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised this Special Service District is no longer needed due to the <br />completed agreement with the developer. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated there is still the need for the Special Service <br />District; however, it would not cover the regional roadway improvements. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted it needs to be determined if the public hearing has been <br />noticed properly due to the change. He advised this hearing should be closed and a new hearing <br />will be noticed. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was llOlle. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
