- 3- <br /> <br />Any member missing three or more meetings in any given <br />year shall because for the City Council to review with <br />the member his status on the commission and the City <br />Council shall then make a determination as to whether <br />or not he should continue to serve on the commission. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF TBE COI~NISSION: <br /> <br />In order to acomplish its purpose, the LAC shall advise the <br />.City Council on actions it deems appropriate and keep the Council <br /> advised on landfill issues. <br /> <br /> The LAC shall call upon and meet with elected and appointed <br />state and local officials along with other appropriate resources <br />it deems necessary in order to accomplish its purpose. <br /> <br /> From time to time the LAC shall hold joint meetings with the <br />City Council and other relevant City Commissions so as to inform <br />both groups of the other's efforts and to keep open lines of <br />communication. <br /> <br />10.126 EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and 30 <br />(thirty) days after its publication according to law, subject to <br />City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />the day of , 1.986. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />Introduction date: <br />Posting date: <br />Adoption date: <br />Publication date: <br />Effective date: <br /> <br /> <br />
